稀土電永磁材料的勵磁條件

      為了提高釹鐵硼電永磁材料在工業生產中的利用效率和性能, 以電磁感應理論為依據, 應用MYC系列電永磁吸盤智能電源控制器、A g ilen t 6000型彩色雙蹤示波器、高斯計等, 測出了兩種粘結釹鐵硼永磁材料( 40號鋼和52號鋼) 的最佳勵磁參數, 即最佳勵磁脈沖數為6, 最佳勵磁線圈數為90 ~ 100匝, 最佳勵磁電流為29 ~ 30A (勵磁線圈取90匝); 同時發現, 52號鋼的磁性能略好于40號鋼的磁性能, 并對上述實驗結果進行了理論分析。
